During the pandemic, most scientific communities around the world have had to adopt and improvise new ways to communicate and interact. As a result, virtual and hybrid congresses have been widely embraced by the events industry. Why is it so? Well, mainly because they offer much needed safety for everyone involved during this difficult period for public health. The potential benefits however do not stop here, as these new alternative congresses can also offer the potential to broaden the spectrum of participants. For example, people with health problems or financial difficulties now have more opportunities to attend an event of their choice, something that was not always feasible before. Virtual/Hybrid congresses also help to protect the environment by reducing the carbon footprint of every person that takes part in this new way of coming together.
From the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, CONVIN reacted to this new reality with professionalism and efficiency, offering a seamless experience at its congresses. The use of advanced technology and the know-how of its staff were the reasons that all CONVIN congresses concluded successfully and, most importantly, with everyone staying safe.
In June 2021, CONVIN added four more events to its already long list of virtual and hybrid congresses, securing a firm place among the most experienced PCOs and keeping a high customer satisfaction rate thanks to its impeccable track record.
