With more than 80 in person, hybrid and virtual meetings, 11.000 delegates, almost 10.000 travelers and more than 30.000 room nights, 2021 has been a year of adaptation to the new reality of meetings and a year full of challenges, opportunities, and learnings.
Team composition is important for any organization. Those who focus on teamwork, innovate, see mistakes faster, find better solutions to problems, and achieve higher productivity. At CONVIN we are proud of our team. They are talented, motivated and committed to making an impact in our filed of industry.
AFEA organized and supported a significant number of hybrid meetings in December 2021, contributing tο a dynamic and interactive “ending” for 2021 and looking towards 2022 with anticipation. As Sustainable Development actions have been fully incorporated in the daily operations and strategy of the company, AFEA team has included and supported many relevant actions in the context of its conferences.
In 2021 the unexpected continued to characterize our daily lives, bringing though new possibilities, allowing us to discover our flexibility. The CONVIN team faced its own limits and proved that it can adapt to any new situation. We are grateful for the enormous commitment, the positive attitude and the great successes we have achieved.

On 19-20 November 2021, the 42nd Informative Two-Day Pediatric Conference was held in Thessaloniki, along with the 3rd Nursers’ Day of the First Pediatric Hospital of AUTH, the Ippokrateio General Hospital as well as the Pediatric Society of Northern Greece. The two-day event was organized by CONVIN, and it took place in a hybrid mode, i.e. either online or by physical presence of those who had a vaccination or disease certificate, at Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
